- We accept payments via UPI, PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, Razorpay and other available payment gateways.
- Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation.
- If your payment fails or is incomplete, your order may be delayed or canceled.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- We ship across India. International shipping is currently unavailable.
- Delivery times may vary based on location, courier service, and unforeseen circumstances. Estimated delivery time will be provided at checkout.
- Malanadu Spice is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.
- If a package is undelivered due to incorrect address details provided by the customer, re-shipping charges will apply.
5. Returns & Refunds

- Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placement if they have not been shipped.
- Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled.
